Windy Acorn Farm is an evolving agroforestry farm on the slopes of Woodbury Mountain, Vermont.
Rooted in our northern forest, we’re cultivating perennial abundance—trees, fruits, nuts, and more—grown in harmony with the land. Inspired by our Scandinavian heritage, we’re building a place where good food, nature, and community come together season after season.
Opening day for the 2025 season is Friday, Nov. 28th.
Looking for an adventurous U-cut tree experience?
We grow coppiced conifer trees from 4 ft and up.
Days & Hours
Our U-cut season begins the weekend after Thanksgiving, with an opening day on Friday, November 28, from 12–4 PM.
Through December, we welcome visitors on weekends (12–4 PM) or by appointment if those times don’t fit your schedule or you are looking for a quieter time to pick your tree.
